Most of this site compares services on what their pricing pages and help centers say. These pages are different: we got inside the product, with our own trial account or a workspace the vendor opened for us, and recorded what the screens show. Every image is a real screen with personal data blurred; nothing was paid for, and the vendor does not see the page before it is published unless we need a fact checked.
The reviews

Captured 16 October 2026 · Our own 14-day trial account, opened with the site's details
The seven-step setup, what the agent wrote from our pages, transfer rules, integrations, tags and the per-plan overage shown inside the app.

Captured 16 October 2026 · Our own account, opened with the site's details; one browser test call
Ava's five questions, the build with its change log and Undo buttons, the test call's transcript, recording and cost in credits, the monthly limits inside the app, and what opens only once the 7-day trial starts.

How we review
- Access. Either a trial account opened with this site's own details, or a login a vendor gives us to a real or demo workspace. We say which on each page.
- What we do inside. Read every screen, record the settings and prices as shown, and change nothing that affects a real customer. Calls are placed only from our own account and are reported separately.
- What we blur. Phone numbers, people's names and email addresses, and any customer's business name, metrics or billing. A store whose workspace we were shown is never named.
- Money. Vendors do not pay for reviews and cannot buy a position. Some links on the site are affiliate links, disclosed on each page and in our affiliate disclosure; they do not change what we write. Our full method is on how we compare.
- Corrections. Vendors and readers can send corrections to contact; factual fixes go up the same day, dated.
What is coming
Test calls for Upfirst, scored on pauses, interruptions, background noise, an unknown question, a transfer nobody answers and a Spanish-speaking caller; the inside of My AI Front Desk once its trial is started; then reviews of more of the services on our home page and ecommerce guide as vendors open trial or demo access. A vendor that wants its product reviewed can write to us through the contact page; access is all we ask for.
Questions readers ask
Do vendors pay for these reviews?
No. Nobody pays for a review or a position in our rankings. Some links on the site are affiliate links, which are disclosed on every page and do not change what we write.
Are the screenshots real?
Yes. Each is a capture of the live product, from our own trial account or a workspace the vendor opened for us, with phone numbers, names, emails and any customer's data blurred. We don't use vendor marketing images.
Why are some screens described in words rather than shown?
When a capture was lost or a screen contained data we could not blur cleanly, we describe what it showed from our notes and say so on the page.
How can a vendor get reviewed?
Give us access: a trial account or a demo workspace is enough. Write through the contact page. We do not accept payment, and access does not affect where a service ranks.
